June Update Letter

To the membership of Region 5,

Region 5 has been notified that on May 11, 2023 the U.S. Center for SafeSport imposed a three-year suspension on Mr. Richard Galarza, and that this decision was final as of May 26, 2023. Region 5 will enforce the U.S.Center for SafeSport decision to the fullest extent.

The Arabian Horse Association's Region 5 encompasses Alaska, Washington, Northern Idaho, and Western Montana. Region 5 has earned the respect of Arabian horse competitors across the country.
